Join Us for the Murph Challenge! This Memorial Day Week, honor our fallen hero's by pushing your limits and joining your Y community for the Murph Challenge-a workout that pays tribute to Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy and all who've made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Whether you're scaling it back or going full force, bring some friends or your workout class and tackle it together! Come sweat with purpose, build camaraderie, and be part of something bigger than fitness.
The Murph: RX is wearing a 20# weighted vest, feel free to break up reps, modify movements, split it with a partner, etc!
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
Log the workout as Strength Training on your watch or in the App!
