The Prattville YMCA conducts regular sex offender screenings on all members, participants, and guests. If a sex offender match occurs, the Prattville YMCA reserves the right to cancel membership, end program participation, and remove visitation access.
In consideration of the YMCA accepting this application, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and/or for the minor(s) for who I am signing, release and forever discharge the Prattville YMCA and its officers, employees, directors, agents, servants, and all persons connected with the YMCA, of and from any and all rights, claims, demands, and actions of any and every nature whatsoever, for any and all loss, damage, injuries sustained by me or my property, or by the minor(s) for whom I am signing or his/her property at any time.
*A household includes two adults, residing at the same address, and any dependents of either person or both. The Household Plus options allow for up to 2 additional adults residing at the Household Membership address to be added to a Household Membership. Proof of residence will be required for all adults on a Household Membership.
Students: Proof of full-time student status or guardianship will be required.
**A Nationwide Membership includes YMCA branches Nationwide (with limited exceptions). **”By participating in the YMCA Nationwide Membership Program, I agree to release the National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America, and its independent and autonomous member associations in the United States and Puerto Rico, from claims of negligence for bodily injury or death in connection with the use of YMCA facilities, and from any liability for other claims, including loss of property, to the fullest extent of the law.”
Nationwide Members that do not have the Prattville YMCA as their home YMCA, do not receive member discounts on programs and childcare.
