Great coaches do more than win games—they shape lives. We’re honored to open nominations for the Otis Reeves Outstanding Coach Award, presented at this year’s FCA Christian Leadership Banquet.
The purpose of the Otis Reeves Coaches Award is to recognize coaches who exemplify a lifelong commitment to youth sports and who are making a lasting impact on young people in our community.
Otis C. Reeves III was a retired YMCA professional, Head YMCA Gymnastics Coach, and Head YMCA Swim Team Coach. For more than 50 years, Otis touched countless lives—helping young people grow as athletes, leaders, citizens, and followers of Jesus Christ. He played a vital role in the 35-year legacy of the YMCA–FCA Christian Leadership Banquet and was the inaugural recipient of this award.
We now honor his legacy by recognizing a coach who reflects the same heart for Christian leadership and service to youth in Autauga County.
