Instruction in the following areas: Rules, Conditioning, and Techniques on pinning, takedowns, escapes, reversals, and strategies for success. Wrestling card not included.

Age: 6 and up
Registration: Through November 6th
Practice: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
Time: 5:30 - 7:00 pm
Fee: $40 members/$80 non-members
