FOOTBALL:
3 Leagues: 1st & 2nd grade, 3rd & 4th grade, 5th & 6th grade. Grade child is going into for th 2010 - 2011 school year.
Everyone Plays: Each player plays at least one full quarter (start to finish).
Limited Practice Time: Teams will practice three times a week, games played on Saturday. Practice may last no longer then 1 1/2 hours. This allows time for homework and other activities.
Adult Coaches: Whenever possible, we use adults (parents) as our coaches. Again this year, we will be looking for "a few good men".
Registration: Thru August 7th (After August 7th players will be taken on a need basis.)
Player Evaluation: August 9th & 10th - All players need to be present 5:30 pm.
Free Clinic: August 7th - Clinic will be held at the Willis Bradford Branch. 9 am - 11 am
Equipment Needed (Player's expense): Helmet with mask, pants with pads, shoulder pads, mouthpiece, shoes. The YMCA will provide game jersey.
